Tide Audio Return Policy

At Tide Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

• 30-Day Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered.

• Condition of Items: Items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and components that were included in the original shipment.

• Contact Requirement: Before returning an item, you must email TideAudio2025@gmail.com within the 30-day window to initiate the return process. Returns will not be accepted without prior email authorization.

• Return Process: Once your return request is approved via email, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Photos must be provided of any install to check if product was misused or installed improperly. 

Note: Items returned after the 30-day period or without prior email authorization will not be accepted. Tide Audio reserves the right to deny returns if the item is damaged, not in original packaging, or missing components.
